CANCELLATION POLICY

You will receive confirmation txt/email before your scheduled time. Please reply to confirm or call to cancel/reschedule.

Appointments are considered a ‘no show’ ~5 minutes after the scheduled time.

Please call the shop if you are going to be late. This way, your stylist will be able to tell you if she can still accommodate any of the services you requested in the remaining allotted time.
